About Us

Two towering landmarks show the way to western Nebraska’s twin cities of Scottsbluff and Gering. Scotts Bluff National Monument and Chimney Rock stand silent guard over the Westward Migration Trails traveled by thousands of early settlers.

Agriculture is the basic income-producing activity in the Panhandle. Thanks to the North Platte Project, 335,000 acres of sagebrush and rangeland have been transformed into productive farmland.

The North Platte Project extends 111 miles along the North Platte River Valley from Guernsey, Wyoming to Bridgeport, Nebraska.

From the first irrigation, the project has produced alfalfa, corn, potatoes, sugar beets, and dry beans steadily and abundantly.

21st Century Water Technologies has partnered with industry leaders to bring precision irrigation to the Panhandle: Valley® and Eco-Drip.

The Valley® brand of center pivot and linear irrigation equipment provides precise water, chemical, and fertilizer delivery for unequaled above ground irrigation.

Eco-Drip subsurface drip irrigation allows a producer to deliver fertigation and irrigation right to the roots in ways that have never been done before.
